Plastic (polyoxymethylene) port systems are very light and they offer the advantage of minimal artefact formation using diagnostic methods such as magnetic resonance imaging.
Product Features
- Available in 2 models: Standard and Low Profile;
- Low Profile design for easier installation;
- Fully radiopaque, compatible with CT-scan and MRI-scan examinations;
- Equipped with a dense sealed silicone membrane that can withstand up to 1500 punctures;
- The design has 3 suture holes at the base of the port for a clear fixation, preventing any migration;
- Supplied with silicone catheter with atraumatic open tip;
- Reliable connection of the catheter with the port is carried out thanks to the sleeve made of polyoxymethylene;
- Does not contain latex, phthalates or PVC.
