Used to sample ectocervix and posterior fornix cells in cervical cancer screening procedures. The 2 differently shaped ends make the product suitable for specific purposes.
Product Features
- The instrument allows to carry out simultaneously the taking of material from the surface of cervix uteri and from the lower third of cervical canal. Depending on the anatomic features of cervix uteri wider or narrower shovel should be used. The instrument is supplied sterile and ready for use.
- Ribbed profile allows a safe and firm grip of the instrument where a 360° rotation and sustained contact with the cervix must be maintained.
