Suction catheters. Plain Funnel Connector

Suction catheters with plain funnel proximal connector are used to extract bodily secretions, such as mucus from the upper airway.

Mederen offers 2 types suction catheters  with plain connector:

• Type A. Open gently rounded aerodynamic distal tip with four offset lateral eyes that permit atraumatic suctioning.
• Type B. Open "elephant foot" distal tip with 4 lateral holes increases the aspiration area and minimizes airway trauma.

• Provided with plain funnel shape connector for safe connection to the suction equipment.
