Composed of paper or sponge HME (heat moisture exchanger) element, HME filters contribute to effective humidification by providing moisture output over 35 mgH2O / L at 500 ml tidal volume.

- Universal connectors used in the respiratory circuit both on the side of the ventilator (22F/15M), and on the patient's side (22F/15M) for adults and pediatric filters
- Universal connectors used in the respiratory circuit on the side of the ventilator (15M-8M), on the patient's side (15M) for neonatal filters
- Filters include port with Luerlock connector
- Recommended tidal volume 150-1500 ml for adult filters, 150-300 ml for pediatric filters, 70-150 ml for neonatal filters
- 99.9%+ bacterial/viral efficiency
- The maximum duration of use is 24 hours
- Low resistance depending on filter type
